Rental Process
Important Information: - We understand that when you are coming from out of town, it can be difficult to get to the area to view an apartment. Approximately 20% of our apartments are rented sight unseen through the internet. Contact us if you are interested in renting a unit before moving to Dexter/Ann Arbor and we can help you with the process.
- One year lease minimum
- The one bedroom apartments are great for singles, they are too small for two people -
- A credit check is required as a part of the application
- Apartment showings require notice as all units are occupied
- Strict no-dog policy
- Leases are 12 month minimum. No sublets
Availability
One of the 7710 2nd street apartments may be available September 1, 2024. I will know by July 16th 2024. Currently most all residents renew. The apartments are in high demand.
Unit availability is routinely updated as current residents notify management of their plans to move out. Any available apartments will be posted on Zillow, Relator.com etc.... All of the apartments are currently rented until summer of 2024. If you would like to be put on out waiting list please fill in an application and we will contact you if we have an opening. They are usually posted for rent two or three months before they are ready to move into. It is rare for us to have an apartment that is ready to move into on short notice.
