Dexter Flats has been designed, developed, managed and maintained by a Landscape Architect/Builder in Ann Arbor.  The property has given us a chance to use our creative skills and help us keep busy during our slow periods.  The property is managed, repaired and maintained by the owner.  We are responsive and professional and know the buildings inside and out.

The residents at Dexter Flats are a diverse group.  Young professionals, graduate students, a police officer, doctor, vet and interesting retired people.

Nestled along the banks of the Huron River and Mill Creek, Dexter is a friendly town located about 10 miles from Ann Arbor. With an expansive network of walking trails and 14 parks, Dexter is truly a place where you can enjoy the outdoors. Downtown, offers a variety of historical, shopping, and dining experiences.
